One Account Per Player

Bonus Wagering Requirements

Account Security Responsibility

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and di111 ("di111", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://di111.app. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the di111 platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits and withdrawals, sports betting, casino games, bonus participation, and customer support interactions.
By accessing or using any part of the di111 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. di111 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the di111 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age. di111 is an adults-only platform. Persons under 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or engaging with any di111 service in any capacity.
- You are accessing the platform in your own name and on your own behalf. You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative for any other person or entity.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of di111, nor an immediate family member of any such person, with respect to participating in real-money gaming or betting activities.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from di111 or had an account closed by di111 for violation of these Terms.
- You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only, not for any commercial or professional gambling purpose.
di111 enforces strict age verification through its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Players will be required to submit a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or another government-issued identification document as part of account verification. Until KYC verification is completed, di111 reserves the right to limit or suspend account functionality, including the ability to withdraw funds.
If di111 determines, at any point, that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria above — and in particular that a player was under 18 years of age at the time of registration — di111 will immediately close the account, void all bets and wagers placed during the period of ineligibility, and deal with any deposited funds in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance. In such cases, di111 will not be liable for any losses incurred during the period of ineligible use.
3. Account Registration
To access the full range of di111 services, including real-money betting and casino games, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. By registering, you represent and warrant that:
- All information provided during registration is true, accurate, and complete.
- You will promptly update your account information if any detail changes.
- You will not create more than one account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and potential forfeiture of balances.
- You will keep your di111 Login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and will not share them with any third party.
- You will immediately notify di111 via [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
3.1 Account Verification (KYC)
di111 conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot confirming ownership of the bKash or Nagad number linked to the account).
di111 aims to complete standard KYC verifications within 24 hours on business days. Withdrawals will not be processed until a player's account has been fully verified. di111 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage if it deems it necessary for compliance purposes.
3.2 Account Currency
All di111 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or City Bank are credited in BDT at the time of deposit. No currency conversion is applied, and no conversion fee is charged. di111 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
di111 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are typically credited to player accounts within 30 seconds of confirmation from the payment provider.
4.1 Deposit Policy
- Players must use a payment method registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
- di111 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own transaction fees independent of di111.
- di111 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if it suspects fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.
- Deposits made in error (e.g., wrong account number, duplicate transaction) should be reported immediately to [email protected]. di111 will investigate and resolve such cases on a best-efforts basis but cannot guarantee recovery of funds transferred to incorrect recipients.
4.2 Withdrawal Policy
- Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method registered in the same name as the di111 account holder, which has been verified during KYC.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. di111 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days, subject to KYC clearance and fraud screening.
- di111 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving a withdrawal, including requesting updated KYC documents or proof of recent deposit transaction.
- Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements may result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
- di111 reserves the right to limit the maximum withdrawal amount processed in any single transaction or within any rolling 7-day or 30-day period. Current limits will be displayed in the account withdrawal section.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
di111 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion will be subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
- Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated at the time the bonus is offered.
- Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are offered to eligible players as determined by di111. di111 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion, including if it suspects the player is engaging in bonus abuse.
- Bonus Abuse: Any behaviour that di111 reasonably considers to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing offsetting bets to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms — will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of related winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
- Expiry: Bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account without notice.
- Currency: All bonus amounts are denominated in BDT (৳). Bonus values quoted in promotions refer to BDT amounts unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6. Responsible Gaming Policy
di111 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment enjoyed safely and within a player's means. di111 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all verified account holders:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Once set, a reduction in limits takes effect immediately. An increase in limits is subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before it becomes active.
- Session Time Reminders: Players may activate timed alerts that notify them when a pre-set period of continuous gaming has elapsed.
- Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of between 24 hours and 30 days. During this period, di111 Login access and deposit functionality will be suspended.

7. Prohibited Conduct
Players must not engage in any conduct that di111 deems abusive, fraudulent, or detrimental to the integrity of the platform. The following conduct is explicitly prohibited:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with di111.
- Using the di111 platform while under the age of 18 or while self-excluded.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the di111 platform in a manner not sanctioned by di111.
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, or malfunctions to place bets or claim winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions. Any winnings obtained in this manner will be voided.
- Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in multiplayer games or sports betting markets.
- Attempting to launder money or use the di111 platform for any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
- Engaging in any conduct designed to defraud di111, its employees, or other players.
- Opening or operating a di111 account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your di111 account.
di111 reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct at any time. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, di111 may take any combination of the following actions: issue a formal warning, suspend the account pending investigation, permanently close the account, void bets and forfeit winnings, and/or report the matter to relevant authorities.
8. Account Closure & Termination
Players may close their di111 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closing an account, the player must ensure that all pending bets have been settled and that any verified withdrawable balance has been requested. di111 will process such withdrawal requests in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy described in Section 4.
di111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
- A player's confirmed self-exclusion request.
- Discovery that the player was under 18 years of age at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during account use.
- Inactivity: accounts that have had no login activity and carry a zero balance for a continuous period of 12 months may be closed by di111. Players will be notified at the email address on file before any such closure is actioned.
In the event of account closure by di111 for a material Terms violation, di111 reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and associated winnings. Verified deposits that have not been the subject of prohibited conduct will be returned to the player via their verified payment method in accordance with standard processing times.
8.1 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law. di111 aims to resolve all player disputes promptly and fairly. In the first instance, players should contact [email protected] with details of any complaint. di111 will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 14 calendar days. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal action.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, di111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the di111 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. di111's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable promotion-specific terms and the di111 Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and di111 with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
